Frank has extensive experience across various industries within manufacturing, including food, automotive, aerospace/defense, packaging, and medical device. He takes a thoughtful and personalized approach to each client engagement, prioritizing not only the specifications of the search but also a deep understanding of company culture. Frank’s primary goal is to provide a positive client experience that fosters long-term relationships, making him and his team the go-to resource for all recruiting needs.
